BP Oil Spill

BP is, of course, taking a play from the TVA playbook. Now they are refusing to release documents and videos. We should see the aggressive defense firm showing up any day now. Its too bad these corporations behave so badly to the public.

I am in Memphis for a few months and would love to connect. Two items from my blog relating to BP:

It appears that the oil spill has halted, it is going to be incredibly important to see if the pressure tests work. I genuinely hope they get this point completely resolved as soon as achievable. I will be definitely uneasy that there will be some considerable repercussions in the future. I really feel that seafood business will be affected for years to come. It is poor enough how the wildlife continues to be affected so significantly, but I also experience that consumers will no longer be able to eat seafood with any level of confidence.
