National Caucus of Environmental Legislators

The National Caucus of Environmental Legislators (NCEL) is a group of state and national senators and representatives that take a special interest in matters related to the environment. Their approach to issues of great environmental importance is bipartisan and science-driven.

TCWN is grateful to TN State Representative Bob Freeman and TN State Senator Brenda Gilmore - both members of the NCEL - for joining a letter to US EPA urging the agency to abandon its recent attempts to roll back vital safeguards against toxic coal ash pollution.
