A Day with Gentle Giants

TVA and Tennessee Clean Water Network are happy to  announce SturgeonFest 2020! This one-day event offers kid-friendly, close encounters with the “Gentle Giants of the deep.”

Lake Sturgeon are Tennessee’s largest fresh water fish and they can live to be over 150 years old.  Come learn with us!

This family festival will feature outdoor educational exhibits along the shores of the French Broad River and the option of hand releasing a live sturgeon, showcasing these prehistoric creatures.
