Luckily for TCWN, the end of the 106th General Assembly was quiet.  Of the numerous destructive water bills introduced in 2009, very few made any movement in 2010.  As of now, those destructive bills are gone!  Let's hope we can make progress towards passing some legislation aimed at improving water quality in 2011!
