Tennessee Clean Water Network held their fourth annual Bill Russell River Hero Award ceremony on Friday, October 26th, 2007, honoring Wilma Dykeman’s legacy. The River Hero award is presented annually to an individual who strives to claim our right to clean water and healthy communities.
